  4. System is delivered by Static Power Pte. Ltd. From Singapore. Tested and commissioned by Sunpower Engineering & Ent. on December 2012.

  3. The job is carried out by Sunpower Engineering & Ent. on January 2013.

7. Perth Market City (Perth, Australia)

Start-Up Synchronizing System for Perth Market City, Perth – Australia:

  1.  The system consisted of three Mitsubishi generating sets with 22kV transformers.
  2. 3 sets of IG-NT-BB controllers and InteliVision 5 displays are used.
  3. Start-Up Synchronization system is utilized, where the system started with ACB closed before generators are cranked up and excited.
  4. The system is delivered on January 2015.

Upgrading Job for Putrajaya Synchronizing Panel

  1. Upgrading of existing synchronizing panel for 2 Dorman generators.
  2. The existing panel is using very complicated load sharing modules and was failed to synchronize two Dorman generators.
  3. The existing panel is upgraded with two sets of IG-NT package.
  4. The system is tested and delivered by May 2012.

  1. Upgrading of existing synchronizing panel for 2 Caterpillar generators.
  2. The existing panel is upgraded with two sets of IS-NT package.
  3. The system is tested and delivered by February 2012.

Synchronizing Panel for UNITEN, Bangi, Selangor.

  1.  System consisted of two Volvo generating sets and standby load bank.
  2. 2 sets of InteliCompact MINT controllers and accessories were applied.
  3. Power management is applied to enable load demand starting/stopping of generators.
  4. Coupled with manual synchronizing and load sharing system.
  5. The system is meant for both Auto and Manual system: When Auto mode is selected, only controller is functional with auto starting of gen-sets and breaker closing/opening; When Manual mode is activated, only push buttons and trimmers are concerned for synchronization purpose. It is connected to load bank for load test purpose.
  6. The system is delivered by Wengcon company.

  1.  The panel is designed for mutual AMF standby application for single generator.
  2. This panel applied ComAp IL-NT-AMF25 controllers.

Upgrading of Synchronizing Panel for Mid Valley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur.

  1. Upgrading the existing synchronizing panel with PLC system to advanced style using comprehensive synchronizing controller IG-NT-BB with 8” color display.
  2. Consisted of four Mitsubishi generating sets with two bus-tie breakers located in north and south court of megamall.
  3. 4 sets of IG-NT-BB controllers with InteliVision 8 modules are used.
  4. The panels are delivered on June 2015.

  1. System consisted of two Cummins generating sets.
  2. This system used two IG-NT GC controllers for both generating sets with redundant manual synchronizing system that enable fully manual synchronizing of generators bypassing controller in case of controller failure.
  3. Power management is applied to enable load demand starting/stopping of generators.

  1. System consisted of one older Dorman generating set and a brand new Perkins generating set.

  4. Panel is delivered on April 2016.

18. Serdang Hospital (Serdang)

Upgrading Project for Serdang Hospital, Serdang.

  1. Upgrading the existing synchronizing panel with old controllers to advanced style using comprehensive synchronizing controller – IG-NT GC module.
  2. The system is consisted of three Caterpillar generating sets.
  3. One of the IG-CU controller is malfunctioned, while the other two are still working. Therefore, the faulty controller is replaced with IG-NT GC controller with NT Converter to communicate with the two older version controller.
  4. The job is carried by Sunpower Engineering & Ent. on May 2016.

Synchronizing Panel for Marine Generating Sets, KD Indera Sakti.

  1. The system is consisted of 3 MAN Diesel generating sets comes with ID-DCU Marine controllers.
  2. This synchronizing panel used 3 IG-NT Marine controllers and InteliVision T2 touch screen display for showing all engine data from ID-DCU Marine controllers and AC measurement from IG-NT GC controllers.
  3. The system is delivered on August 2015.
